At F&I Solutions, we will train your people either in the dealership or off-site. Our associates will train your staff on interview, menu selling and downstream upsells. We'll train the sales department on F&I related issues such as payment handling, rate quoting and product endorsement. Our use of video-taping enhances learning through immediate feedback.
