Tim was born and raised in Southern California. He started in the car business at Fritz Ford in Riverside County in 1985 as a salesman and quickly moved to the top of the sales board. Tim then moved to the Gosch Automotive Group in 1987 and stayed there until 2000. He started in sales, moved to floor manager then F&I Manager. After running some of the strongest numbers in the market as an F&I closer, he was promoted to F&I Director. Tim expanded his horizons and continued his education when Gosch moved him to New Car Manager then General Sales Manager.

In 2000 Tim joined the JM&A Group as an F&I Specialist. He was promoted first to District Manager then Regional Manager, while winning the "Star of Excellence" award for sales and development. Tim joined the F&I Solutions Group in July of 2007 and is quickly expanding the Central United States. He works Iowa, Minnesota, Nebraska and the Dakotas. Tim lives in Iowa with his wife and two teenage sons.
