Jerry has been a Wisconsin native all his life. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1989 and immediately started in the car business in sales. He sold cars for just under a year before landing an F&I position at one of the largest import dealers in the Midwest. He spent four years as a top F&I producer before moving to a position as a District Manager for Pat Ryan and Associates. Jerry managed a territory of over 35 dealerships in Wisconsin and was made a Training Manager, assigned to train new District Managers. After two and a half years, he took a position with the JM&A Group as an F&I Specialist. He was promoted first to District Manager then Regional Manager, all in Wisconsin. The experience working for JM&A was invaluable, the highlight being awarded the "Star of Excellence" for sales and F&I development success.

After six years with JM&A, Jerry started an independent agency in 2001 to offer dealers training and F&I related products. Four years later he partnered with David Aufmuth to form the F&I Solutions Group. Jerry works in the Madison and Milwaukee markets, spending much of his time with the Zimbrick, Boucher and Heiser dealer groups. Jerry lives in Muskego, WI with his wife Tracy, daughter Kayla and sons Jordan and Matthew.
