2nd Set of Eyes
How well is your F&I division performing? To give dealers an outlet to
measure how they are doing, we can benchmark your performance against other
industry numbers through the second set of eyes division.
Our seasoned car professionals will spend two days in your
dealership to:
- analyze your front end operations
- interview sales people for "road to the sell" and "TO"
system
- interview managers
On the third day, we will present to the Dealer/GM:
- the current flow of business
- new front end goals
- new F&I goals
- the game plan to achieve them
- dealer books will be left behind to put your plan in
place
We can arrange a second consultation to help install the
plan if needed.
